CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and a 75% service fee. For mobile services, a travel fee will also be charged. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether to apply the fee. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be charged to your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
